SNAPPED is Flow's first album. "I didn't know anything about doing an album, I just knew I loved music. I bought my self Protools 002 and some Reason samples and off I went...never to return again! I'm hooked." Flow produced this allbum, LOVE STRONG and NAKED in her home studio. All the live instruments were played by Flow.
